Return & Refund Policy

Pre-Order Cancellations

Orders placed as pre-orders may be cancelled and refunded in full at any time prior to dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted and no refund will be issued for change-of-mind reasons.

Faulty or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we produce. If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us at braydenmanson464@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the fault
• Return the item in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)

We reserve the right to assess the item upon return before approving a refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Items returned outside the 14-day window
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by a manufacturing fault
